What is the difference between LTL and FTL freight ?

LTL stands for “less than truckload” while FTL stands for “full truckload.” In other words, one LTL shipment contains shipments from different customers while one FTL shipment is fully filled with one customer’s freight or is dedicated only to that customer. The differences are listed below.
